So we've been trying to teach Landon some sign language. So I started trying to teach him a few basics like "milk" "cookie" "eat" and "more" he's been waving and clapping for over a month now and we figured he would gladly do some signs. Wrong. He pretty much refused and would ask for things by saying "eh eh eh!". Stubborn little boy (takes after his mommy of course).

Then, the other day he signed "cookie"! He altered it a little but we all know what he wants! It's so cute! Now we are working on "milk"

Funny things Landon does

Seriously, who needs toys? All ya need is a couch with the cushions off and a shoe... He played with the shoe for probably 10 min before I recorded him. He was laughing at the shoe when he would drop it and it bounced, but of course he stopped when I pulled the camera out. He also likes to sit in his toy box and play with his ball popper, but it amazes me how much he really likes shoes. Sometimes we find pacifiers and blocks in the toes of them. One time I couldn't find the truck keys.. I later found them in one of Danny's shoes :) He's a really silly baby! He's also fascinated with the laundry room, the bathrooms, the dog bowls, the swiffer duster (yes my 10.5 month old dusts..) he loves the vacuum! He really likes hair. He holds on to long hair when he's upset or tired, no he doesn't have a favorite toy or blanket to sleep with. Just hair. I know, he's a weirdy, but he's my little weirdy.

Then he went back to the couch with a second shoe and played for another 5 min.

Landon took his first steps on Oct 14th,two days before he turned 10 months old and has just been getting better and better since! I finally got some good videos of him walking! This video was on 10/25 it was a first day he took more than a couple of steps, but of course I didn't get the long walk on video...

There was a Jack Skellington pumpkin, an Oogie Boogie pumpkin, a crazy ghost, a panda, a witch and bat, and the squash was Frankenstein! It was so much fun! Even Landon has fun eating his pumpkin...

One month and $3000 later... The truck is finally fixed! It has a new hood, new bumpers, and fresh paint. Isn't it lovely?
